After missing the NBA Playoffs in each of the past three seasons, it’s time for the Chicago Bulls to make some changes. One of those changes took place on Wednesday during the first night of the 2025 NBA Draft, when the team selected French forward Noa Essengue with the 12th overall pick in the first round.
But since the offseason is just getting started, the Bulls are bound to make several more changes over the next few months. They could even include parting with a key member of the team.

According to Joe Cowley of the Chicago Sun-Times, the Bulls are willing to trade either Lonzo Ball or Coby White this offseason.
Ball is a former No. 2 overall pick who’s flashed star talent, but last season was the first time he played in two years, and the 27-year-old only made it through 35 games. In other words, he comes with durability questions, which surely impacts his value on the open market.
Meanwhile, White is a former No. 7 overall pick whose NBA career started out slower, but has now blossomed into a player who averaged a career-high 20.4 points per game last season. Still just 25 years old, other teams could see a lot of untapped potential in the former first-round pick.
